    • Bill Intelligent Flow Technologies: refers to Bill Intelligent Flow Technologies (billif.com) and its subsidiaries or affiliates.
    • APP: our accounts receivable/accounts payable (AR/AP) management platform providing invoicing, expense management, collections, payouts, and financial reporting services.
    • TAB: our QR code payment and digital menu platform for restaurants, cafes, and retail businesses, providing table ordering, split payments, real-time analytics, and instant settlement services.
    • Billif Services: collectively refers to all products and services offered through APP, TAB, and related websites, applications, and platforms.
    • User: refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Services provided by Billif and agrees to abide by the terms of use, including business owners, customers, restaurant patrons, and authorized personnel.

    2. What Data Do We Collect and How Do We Collect Them?
